It is a specially designed case, with a foam interior machined to fit the device, to keep it perfectly snug and protected (increased protection when the tool is sent away to be serviced).
The case is sent to you in advance so you can send your device back to us in complete safety.
This means you can send us the device in its case with the servicing certificate, Matricis will handle servicing of the device, then return the device to you with the completed certificate.
